Question

1 -

Rise (X)
When this model is reduced to 0 wounds, immediately make a Challenge Test with a Challenge Number of X.
If successful the model Heals all Wounds and becomes Prone.
If it fails, remove the model from play as normal.
Models may not use this trait if their final wounds were caused by the On Fire State in the End Phase.

Model that success in the Rise test keep their activation marker? (in the past iteration of the game i remember that the model become exausted but not sure if i remember well)

2 -

A Controlled model switches Warbands for a number of actions dependent on the number of Control Markers it has.
Whilst Controlled the Controlling player may declare any action the model would normally be able to perform but may not spend Tokens or remove its Tokens.
The model does generate Ki Tokens.
For each Activation Counter removed from the model, also remove a Control Marker.
If a model has only one Control Marker it cannot declare Complex Actions.
As soon as all the Control Markers are removed the model returns to the original player’s Warband.
While Controlled, if an effect applies further Control Markers, instead remove one marker for each Control Marker the effect would add.

This mean that if a controlled model with 0 activation marker is involved in a melee don't loose a controlled?

Even a tireless model with 1 activation marker and controlled marker involved in a melee don't loose the controlled marked?

3 -

Spirit (X)

This model modifies its Ki Statistic by X when resolving Ki tests.

In the past iteration of the game this skill work only in opposed test. It's a typo or it's intended the change.

Now spirit work on every ki test, even challenge test or fear test. It's correct?

1. Yes, you would keep the model as it currently is.

2. This mean that if a controlled model with 0 activation marker is involved in a melee don't loose a controlled? Yes, you would have no activation markers to remove.
Even a tireless model with 1 activation marker and controlled marker involved in a melee don't loose the controlled marked? Also yes, as a Tireless model does not lose activation tokens for fighting defensively.
3. Yes, this is correct. Spirit will modify even Fear tests! (This makes Tenchi pretty awesome!)

Control:
2nd Paragraph:  For each Activation Counter removed from the model (Or if a model participates in a melee exchange without removing an Activation Counter); also remove a Control marker.

This will be in the FAQ.
