So it seems that you're the man with the bushido plan... These, the walls and such on the gencon tables, the bushido bits box and card holders... What kind of prices are you asking and when can i get my hands on this stuff?

I'd love to buy lots of this stuff - putting together the Rickshaw that was given to me a Bridgford was an absolute joy and cheered me right up after a long week and weekend at work.

glad you like it, some of the other models are a little more fiddley but if you get the order right and use decent pva like 'tacky glue' then assembly is usually quite enjoyable. Still painting some walls and gates at the moment, will hopefully get some shots up soon.

Hi chimpenstein, i've one question: do you intend to expand your shipping options to italy? Some people i know could be interested in your oriental terrains (and even more if you plan to do steampunk terrains) but there isn't an option to ship those items in my country.

Hey, great stuff here.

Can I ask if you are scaling to 28mm, like pretty much all other manufacturers/designers out there, or to Bushido's 32mm? Sounds like a small difference, I know, but everything being 12.5% smaller is noticable to me. It bugs me when the models are next to doorways and other features which help us judge scale!

Usually doors was smaller in cold climates back then since heat was at a premium and a bigger door let out more heat every time it was opened. Samurais having a better diet would probably grow taller then peasants aswell.

But we all have different things that bugg us. For me the "everyone is the same height" thing drives me nuts. And if  models are different height then people start complaining about inconsistent scale ^^

Great, thanks Rob. Would you be able to make a list of what you have made please?

dmeep - Perhaps it is particular to me - in Bolt Action I use 1/48 tanks rather than the 1/56 standard as I like them to look more imposing and less like toys! In the end, Bushido is fantasy, so it really comes down to personal preference, I guess.

Can you tell me the dimensions of your Wall sections, gates, and broken walls? I  want to make a Prefecture table and reckon they'd be ideal. Just so i know how many i'll need.

Good luck trying to reach anybody from lost village terrain. I've sent multiple emails and only gotten 1 response telling me to let him know what I wanted. I did and never heard back. I gave up.

Dimensions in millimetres

Walls: 80 (W) x 20 (D) x 65 (H)
Gate is about the same I believe, unless it's those double gates, when I have no idea.
Ruined Wall End: er... 30 x 20 x 65 I think.

Thanks Palmer, that's a great help. I  feel like  i'm on here just mooching info and ideas without "giving back to the community" and evverything. Oncee i've been around for  little while i'll be able to chime in with something worthwhile lol.

Though i'm a bit  concerned with what you've said Minoa. I'm really struggling to  find terrain for Bushido (i'm sh*t at making my own) and lostvillage is about the only place i can find.

Sad days...

4Ground buildings are gorgeous. Arguably a little small as they are intended for 28mm rather than 32mm. Common problem. Plastcraft are really small - designed for 25mm (Kensei).

Sarissa Precision are also worth a look.

You  know i've been struggling to  find any sites like these, my google fu is obviously weak. Thanks DasLeo that's a big help! Think i've came across ochiro before - it  seems familiar.

I've had a look and i think, between all of them, I'll have a table worthy enough to be displayed on the forums here.

Wish me luck! (",)

Sorry Fleafa, you must've posted whilst i  was typing lol. I've known about Sarissa through playing Batman - all the Gothamites gomad for their stuff lol. I felt their Far East range  didn't "wow" me. I'm more into the stereotypical style of stuff that's on plastcraft with the curly bits coming off the corners of the roof etc.

No worries :)

Got some Gotham-suitable stuff I hope to show soon as well as some nice Japanese lanterns to go with my Gorintō :)

Did you only look at their Far East stuff or their actual Japan range?
