Horse Lords

The only major clan of the Jwar Isles not led by an individual family. The Horse clan is instead ruled by the Horse Lords of Ataka through membership of the ‘Council of the Plains’. Although they were staunch supporters of the Eagle clan during the Dragon Wars they continue to swear allegiance to the Prefecture under the Dragon. They control the Plains of Ataka in central Jwar although their ability to do so has been greatly diminished following the devastating damage to their horses’ breeding stock.
