Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders placed through the webstore are shipped from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom.
Order Preparation
On average orders take 1-4 days to prepare for dispatch. 
On rare occasions some items may need to be manufactured. If this is the case, you will be notified by email about any suspected delay.  
Shipping
For UK destinations Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the Standard Service
This method takes 2-4 working days after dispatch to deliver in the UK. Delays may happen and, following Royal Mail guidelines, we would wait 15 working days from the time of shipping before considering a parcel lost.

For all other destinations Royal Mail International tracked is the standard service. 
This method takes 3-5 working days after dispatch for European delivery destinations and 5-7 working days after dispatch for the rest of the world. 
Delays may happen and, following Royal Mail guidelines, we would wait 30 working days from the time of shipping before considering a parcel lost.

At our discretion and at no additional charges, orders sent with these methods may be split in multiple parcels or upgraded to UPS service.

If we notice multiple orders placed to be shipped to the same destination, we may decide to send them as a single shipment.

Pre-Orders
Orders placed with pre-order items included will be held until the scheduled shipping date of the pre-order item. 

Custom Charges
Custom charges may apply when shipping outside of the UK.
Orders may require you to pay import charges and brokerage/administrative fees – these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
GCT will collect VAT on European orders through the website. 
GCT will collect Import Tariffs on USA orders through the website.
