Silvermoon Trade Syndicate

The thriving port of Jima is the beating heart of the Silvermoon Trade Syndicate’s operations. For generations the merchants of the syndicate have been the trade life blood of the Jwar isles. From the great gambling halls, where fortunes are won or lost, on the roll of a single dice or the draw of a card. Their power lies not the in military might of the Ito, Takashi or Minimoto but in the stranglehold they have on trade. And not only the trade of goods, but of the secrets and whispers of even the most pious. Some would liken the Silvermoon to the flip of a coin. Pay your debts and you come up in the sun with the fortunes smiling, cross or try to cheat them and you’ll be in the dark and covered in dirt.

Playstyle

The Silvermoon Trade Syndicate (often shortened to STS) is all about luck and manipulating that luck. STS has a lot of ways to control the flow of the battle, with perhaps the best Event cards from all factions.

Currently there are 3 main ways to play STS:

  1. The Buto way. These giants are professional fighters with a lot of health, really good special abilities, and high weapon strength.
  2. The Rose way. These fast models seduce and manipulate enemies to force them into difficult choices, or even control the enemy directly.
  3. The Mixed way. These include basically all models in STS except Roses. This is for the Performance part of STS like Kabuki (Actors) and Animal Handlers (Circus folk).

Silvermoon lack dedicated warriors like samurai, but they have a lot of bruisers. They don't care about a fair fight, they only want to win as fast as possible, using tactics like throwing sand into the eyes of the enemy and kicking them whilst they are down.
