Whatever they did to offend the Kami, it is not spoken of by the Tengu. The Hagewashi refused to bow to the Kami’s punishment. They turned to darker magics against the natural order, defying the Kami’s decree and returning to the skies. For this, Sojobo cast them out. Banished from the kingdom, they found a new home on the open plains. Their defiance of nature and the Kami requires great power and the Hagewashi now are fell creatures who must consume the dead and drink blood to invigorate their ungainly wings. Even then they do not soar and swoop like the eagles and sparrows, they lumber along and must use rising thermals to remain aloft.

Box contains seven 32mm scale fine detail resin miniatures on 40mm bases, and 18 full colour cards for use in the Bushido Risen Sun table top game.
