Like a bolt of lightning from a clear blue sky, the Horse Lords return! No explanation has been offered and the samurai of Ataka are not talking. Their cavalry patrols across the plains have resumed, the full might of a mounted clan of samurai, the will of the Council of Ataka enforced. Though they supported the Shiho in the Dragon Wars, years of predation by the Shiho remnants has turned their loyalty to the Takashi.

While their return is welcomed within the Prefecture, rumours circulate of flaming hooves, charges sweeping through all defences, and arrows leaving no injuries. Whispers abound of a curse; misfortune befalling them at every turn. As such, they must work twice as hard to achieve victory.

Box contains five 32mm scale fine detail resin miniatures on 50mm bases with swappable heads, and 23 full colour cards for use in the Bushido Risen Sun table top game.
